Marko started his career at VW Autoeuropa in 2002 where he was responsible for material cost controlling. He headed the VW commercial vehicle plant in Hannover and was the CFO of the VW Poznan in Poland from 2016. He moved to the head quarters of the VW Group in Wolfsburg in 2018 as group controlling for car production worldwide. In 2001 Gerhard headed to Credit Suisse as Director, Head Investment Manager. Within a short period of time, he was promoted to Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Asset Management Division. Early 2010 he became Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management, Region EMEA, leading the transformation of the division in EMEA in a post-merger situation. Swiss Re hired Gerhard in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer Reinsurance where he became a Member of the Executive Committee.
Banking being Gerhard’s heart and soul, he took the role at Credit Suisse as the CFO for International Wealth Management in 2020. In his current role, he has been tasked to newly create and govern the EMEA Region as its Chief Operating Officer, leading region wide initiatives in risk management, legal entity strategy and cross divisional revenue and cost management. Brian joined Workday in 2008 as part of the Cape Clear acquisition. In the intervening period Workday has grown from a small start up to a large, publicly quoted multinational company. Prior to working in technology, he worked in various finance roles in the food industry.
