Vineta is commercial and strategic Group Finance Director, with recent experience of significant fundraising (£3bn), M&A and leading international growth.
She began her career with KPMG in Ireland, working in Audit and Tax. The rigour, professionalism and technical excellence gave her a fantastic grounding, and in her next role with Kerry Group plc she contributed across a range of finance activities and continued my professional development. Joining Ocado Group gave her exposure to high level commercial imperatives and implementation.
She works on key strategic initiatives, within high-performing teams and genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives – customers, partners and colleagues.
Anne has an analytical and strategic mindset. She has excellent leadership skills and is a highly proactive team-worker by supporting management of continuous improvement disciplines. She has been involved in diversity and inclusion by achieving high results through relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation. She has over 10 years of experience in budgeting, costing and management reporting for international companies.
Joop is an internationally oriented CFO, who has successfully led restructuring and change-management projects, plus various acquisitions. He is pragmatic, inspires confidence, and gives space to others to grow and employ initiatives. He is a strong communicator and a good listener, who easily gains and gives respect. Joop enjoys working with the executive team on a strategic and operational level. He has expertise is in restructuring finance departments, change management, leading a multi-cultural team, extensive M&A experience and performance measurement.
Luke has been at TUI for the last 8 years after previously gaining his CIMA qualification at Stonegate pub company. He has a strong background in FP&A and led the Performance and Planning function at TUI UK&I for 3 years. For the last 18 months he has been the Finance Director for the UK and Swedish airlines and recently has moved to be the Finance Director at TUI Musement, a digital platform plus business providing experiences to customers both home (wherever that may be) and in destination.
Daniel Echeverri is a digital and finance transformation leader with a diverse background and a track record of success. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the Antioquia School of Engineering and has pursued advanced education in the field of finance. He earned a Master's degree in Finance from the EM Strasbourg Business School, an MBA from the School of Administration, Finance and Technological Institute (EAFIT), and a Master's degree in Business Excellence from HEC Montréal. Additionally, he studied Mergers and Acquisitions at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participated in the Singularity Executive Program.
Daniel's career began in 2011 in the automotive industry, where he joined Renault. He held various positions in logistics, transports, and finance, showcasing his versatility and adaptability. He then served as Chief of Staff for the Americas in Brazil until January 2020 when he became the CFO of Renault's subsidiary in Mexico.
In 2023, Daniel transitioned to the entertainment industry, assuming the role of Executive Director of FP&A for Warner Bros Discovery in Mexico. This position allows him to leverage his expertise in finance and drive the company's financial strategies and initiatives.
With his strong educational background, extensive experience, and strategic vision, Daniel Echeverri is a respected leader who excels in driving digital and finance transformation.
Katharina has held various positions in the finance department of HUGO BOSS AG since 2007. Since 2014, as Senior Vice President Group Finance & Tax, she is responsible for all finance, tax and treasury functions of the Group. In addition, she has been a member of the Supervisory Board as the representative of senior executives since 2020.

Chief Economist and Director of Market Intelligence
Mohammed Chaudhri is Experian’s Chief Economist and Director of Market Intelligence with over 10 years experience of forecasting the UK economy and credit markets. Thanks to his forecasting, Consensus Economics ranked Experian as the most accurate UK forecaster in 2019. In addition to leading Experian’s successful Market Intelligence team, his remit includes account management of key clients, new product innovations and supporting Experian’s UK marketing activity.
During her career, understanding the consumer in both the Digital & Physical sense has been key for Billie. She says “a good FD makes sure it’s not just about the numbers”, and has had this approach during her career as Digital FD at Selfridges, Financial Controller for IT & Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and in earlier times at Marks & Spencer and Debenhams. The expansion of her current role at Milk & More to both CFO & CIO covering Finance, IT, Property, Procurement & Legal enables her to bring her experience across these different functions. Her management style is to coach and develop high performing teams, instilling in them leadership, the ability to fail fast in a safe environment in order to learn, and to be true business partners.
Billie’s passion extends beyond Finance – and having founded NOVA, a not for profit professional female peer to peer community, she constantly drives the message that women in business should connect, collaborate, share and learn. Billie is also the treasurer of the retail exec club, The Twenty Club.
Chris is CEO of Fresh FP&A which provides Fractional CFO and Advisory Services for businesses that allows them to transform and scale their finance function. He has experience in scaling organizations for Seed to Enterprise domestic and international businesses. Chris has held a wide range of leadership roles in public accounting, corporate accounting, finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and financial leadership.
Johan Olsson has 13 years of diverse Volvo experience acquired by working across the company’s headquarters, commercial operations, industrial system and manufacturing plants, in 5 different countries over 2 continents. He has a proven track record of significantly improving earnings by 80%-110% in the organisations under his financial leadership. Johan has led several restructurings and Finance transformations within digitisation and business partnering, resulting in an improved team engagement by 40%.
