Former Callcredit FD joins Tracsis board as non exec

TRACSIS has announced that former Callcredit finance director Liz Richards has joined the board as non-executive director.

Richards, a chartered accountant, having trained with EY, joins the provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry with immediate effect.

She was previously group FD of Callcredit Information Group, from 2000 to 2015.  Callcredit is a consumer data business, which grew from a start-up in 2000 to a £150m turnover business with over 1,000 employees.  The business was sold in 2014 for around £500m.

She is a non-executive director and audit committee chair of LINK Scheme, the UK ATM network operator.

Richards will transition to chair the Tracsis audit committee following completion of its year-end accounts process.  She will also sit as a member of both the remuneration and nomination committee.
