INFRASTRUCTURE support company EnServe Group has appointed former Tarmac FD David Cruddace as its chief financial officer, as part of the company’s strategy to double in size over the next four years.
Cruddace’s background is in private equity owned companies, where he previously held the positions of CFO at Alcontrol Laboratories and European CFO at Carl Zeiss Vision.
He spent nine years with Carillion (and its predecessor Tarmac) in various roles, including FD of its highways maintenance division and Crown House Engineering.
EnServe was bought by European buyout firm Cinven for £251m in December 2011.
