On the move - Thorn ADT Modern
Following the recent merger of the UK business operations of ADT with those of Modern Security Systems and Thorn Security, Jim Crooks has been appointed finance director for the new company, Thorn ADT Modern.
Crooks moves from the managing director’s position at ADT Security Systems where he has been since 1995. Crooks originally trained and qualified at Arthur Andersen. Crooks worked as a chief financial officer at a plant hire company before becoming the FD at ADT.
