There’s no denying that the coronavirus has made a huge impact on 2020. Those involved in business travel had to drop much of what we were doing and focus on duty of care to ensure business travellers were safe and out of harm’s way. No matter the state of our crisis plan or travel program, we did what we had to for the safety of business travellers around the world.
