Former Cable & Wireless Communications group finance director at FTSE 250 telecoms business joins Volex as audit chair
BOB BEVERIDGE has joined the board of data cabling business Volex as chair of its audit committee.
A former group finance director at FTSE 250 telecoms business Cable and Wireless Communications, Beveridge has wide ranging non-executive director experience and chairs the audit committees of Brady, InternetQ and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
Previously, he was group finance director of McBride and Marlborough Stirling.
Karen Slatford, chairman of Volex, commented: “Bob has a great deal of relevant experience to share and is very excited by the opportunities facing the business as we move into a more stable, growth phase.”
