Survey: mental health in the workplace

Complete our survey on mental health in the workplace. How does your company stack up against others? What is it doing well and where could it improve?

Every year in the UK, 70 million working days are lost because of poor mental health. Six in ten people say poor mental health impacts their concentration at work and £105 billion is lost every year to the UK economy because of poor mental health.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2018, Financial Director is looking into individual experiences of mental health in the workplace and how different businesses deal with the mental wellbeing of their employees.

This is why we are asking for just a few minutes of your time to help us build a detailed and accurate picture of how your company is addressing mental health. What is it doing well and what needs improving? Are you even talking about it at all?

The questions are simple and we won’t be collecting any sensitive information. After the survey closes, we will share results and trends with you through our content.

Whether you think your employer should be doing more to address mental health or you’re concerned that your work-life balance has gone haywire, you can discover what other individuals and companies are doing by answering our short questionnaire. Click here to complete the survey.

The survey will remain open until 8 May and we will share our results during Mental Health Awareness Week, 14-18 May 2018.
