Do FDs benefit from social media?

Take Financial Director's survey to help us understand if social media is useful - or just blather

Do finance directors Tweet and does it do their careers or businesses any good?

Financial Director has launched an online survey for FDs and other senior financial decision-makers to explore whether they use social networking platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and others for professional means, what they get out of it, and how they measure the return on time spent using these platforms.

The survey asks FDs, FCs and their finance teams about their experience with social media for professional purposes, so the whole team can get involved in responding to the survey.

Take a few moments to complete the survey – which is completely confidential – and we’ll report the results in our January 2011 issue of Financial Director, hitting your desk on 7 January.
