He’s famous, allegedly, for being the only person in the history of parliamentary democracy to present a paper to a Commons Select Committee in cartoon format. Having heard his talk on how pensions legislation works, we can believe it – and we’re now convinced that it’s the law-makers who are crazy, not Steve. “We carried out a survey on what people thought of Serps,” he told the floating financiers, “and they said that, on the whole, they supported Bosnia.”
