    Railway company Silverlink Train Services has appointed Liz Pike as finance director. Pike has spent most of her career with Granada. She was financial controller for Granada Motorways before being promoted to the position of financial controller for the Granada Group as a whole.

    She was involved in the company’s hostile and indeed successful take over bid for Forte. She left the company at the end of last year and joins Silverlink in order to help manage and build the financial aspect of the business.
