Appointment at Severn Trent.
Eric Anstee has been made a non-executive director at Severn Trent. Anstee is currently FD of Old Mutual, the South African financial services group. Before joining Old Mutual, Anstee was FD at the Energy Group, which was demerged from Hanson in 1996 and acquired by Texas Utilities last year. Old Mutual has appointed three non-executive directors, including Norman Broadhurst who is currently finance director of Railtrack.
