On the move - the University of Luton
Philip Harding is the new director of finance at the University of Luton.
Harding is currently director of finance and information at the Harefield Hospital NHS trust where he has been for the past five years. He has also held financial appointments with Rumbelow’s, Stakis and BP Oil.
Harding is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Harding’s role will have a particular emphasis on seeing through the changes brought about by the recent publication of the Dearing Report on higher education.
