    Rolls-Royce has appointed John Sellers as finance director of its power development company, Rolls-Royce Power Ventures. Sellers joins from the Paris-based finance institution Paribas where he was head of global project finance. Rolls-Royce Power Ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce and was formed to develop activities in the independent power and co-generation markets.
