ILL HEALTH has forced Clive Hyman to resign as CFO of PCG Entertainment, the AIM-listed Asia-Pacific online gaming and media company.
The company which specialises in national lottery products as well as Chinese regional and national poker tournaments and internet game distribution, has already begun the hunt for a replacement FD.
In the interim, chairman Richard Poulden, will oversee the finance functions and financial controllers based in the UK and China.
Richard Poulden, chairman, said: “I would like to thank Clive for his hard work and his contribution to PCGE and wish him well for the future”.
Hyman was a dounding partner of KPMG’s Transaction Services business in 1995 and also an interim CFO of upscale property developers, Candy & Candy, in 2005.
