Chocolate manufacturer Thorntons has a new finance director in the shape of Martin Allen.
Allen joins the Derby-based company from printing ink manufacturers Manders, where he was also FD. Prior to this he was FD at Northern Foods’ dairy operations and group financial controller at Fisons.
