Phil Lee moves to the West Bromwich Building Society as finance director.
He joins from the Bristol & West where he was head of finance. Lee qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and was the finance executive at Gateway Foodmarkets. He replaces previous FD Simon Kingdom who joins The Kensington Mortgage Company.
