    Mark Chapman has taken up the finance director role at GE Capital Fleet Services (formerly known as Avis Lease & Fleet Management) and its member businesses in the UK. He joined the company seven years ago. For the past year he has been a member of the European Beta Site, a think-tank looking at global process re-engineering.
